非遗食堂位于三清园食堂一楼，是校园内一处独具特色的美食体验地。食堂内装饰古朴典雅，黑色瓦片、青色石砖与红色几何图案交织，营造出传统小吃街的氛围。这里汇聚了楚菜老字号品牌，如四季美汤包、蔡林记热干面、德华楼包子、老福庆和牛肉面等50多种非遗小吃琳琅满目，让师生和游客们在品尝地道美食的同时，感受楚菜文化的魅力。每个窗口的制作师傅均由非遗传承人带队，确保了传统技艺和食材品质的原汁原味。
Located on the first floor of the Sanqingyuan canteen, this unique culinary destination offers a vibrant experience of traditional flavours. The canteen's elegant decor, featuring black tiles, green stone bricks, and red geometric patterns, evokes the charm of a traditional snack street. A diverse selection of over 50 traditional Chu dishes awaits, from the renowned Four Seasons Soup Dumplings to Cai Linji Hot Dry Noodles, allowing students and visitors to savour authentic tastes while immersing themselves in the allure of Chu cuisine. Each stall is led by inheritors of traditional culinary arts, ensuring that the flavours and techniques remain true to their roots.
